2021 Spring Convention Results

The US Taxpayers Party 2021 Spring Convention was held this past Saturday in Corunna, Michigan. The purpose of the Spring Convention is to elect party leadership; the State Central Committee. Platform hearings were also a big part of this convention.

The convention Delegates passed two new and key platform statements regarding, 1) The abuse of powers in emergency situations, and, 2) The need for government to legislate in accordance with God's nature and morality. Read these below.

23. Emergency Management Agencies used to Undermine the Constitution

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and its associated state outlets have been opposed by constitutional advocates from their inception. By their emergency declarations these unconstitutional coups bypass elected officials, endorsed laws, standing courts and American citizens, which constitute the real and legal authority, in order to mandate a false authority, and seize power. As crises are manufactured or overblown, pieces of American liberty are stolen and freedom is eroded.

The FEMA declarations are often compared to war powers acts used by past presidents in times of war. These war powers declarations were much debated in their times, and not accepted as constitutionally viable by all, even looking back through the arch of history. States have always helped counties or municipalities in times of emergency by giving extra funding and resources to the local authorities. This is a sufficient means of dealing with all local and state crises by a Constitutional Republic. No federal agency is necessary for domestic emergencies.

The Department of Homeland Security is another consolidation of power by centralizing the various executive agencies under one supra authority like unto a Gestapo or KGB. The organization of such a federal power was done under the threat of terrorism but was an excuse to begin monitoring loyal American citizens and hence labeling their private political leanings and connections. Much detail has come out in the last two decades about the unauthorized collection of data on patriotic tax paying Americans by their own government. This is an act of the invasion of privacy.

The World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control are global and federal agencies respectively that closely coordinate to study, treat and prevent human diseases. The global institutions have no jurisdiction in the United States of America and may be used to actually infiltrate and undermine this country's sovereignty. Furthermore, the CDC should be abolished. As it currently exists, it should be used as a resource for local, state and federal legislatures as they seek to make and execute law regarding public well being. These organizations do not have the authority to issue illegal orders or mandate their enforcement.

Covid-19 mandated shutdowns and social behaviors are akin to medical tyranny. The origin, spread and response to this virus has been manipulated by the aforementioned organizations along with the media to foment fear and seize a power that the Constitution does not give them. Political manipulation of artificial crises and the subsequent use of usurped authority is a real evil and should be rejected by all free peoples. It has been used to contaminate an election, corral free speech, and limit the free movement of Americans. The inadequate response by one party, and the wholesale use of crisis by another party motivate the US Taxpayers Party to reject the unethical use of medicine as a form of tyranny.

24. In God We Trust

In God we trust is still the official motto of the United States of America. These words are cast in stone above the podium in the House of Representatives for all US Representatives to see as they legislate. These words are printed on every coin and bill used for money in the United States.

The preamble of the Constitution of the State of Michigan references gratitude to “Almighty God for the blessings of freedom” and declares the very purpose for the Constitution to retain those blessings for ourselves and posterity. The constitutions of almost every state in the country contain a similar reference to God. Though not allowing for a specific religion, denomination or set of doctrinal beliefs being established, many states do not allow anyone to hold public office if they deny the existence of God or a supreme being.

There are thousands of statements recorded by our Founding Fathers referencing the need for public acknowledgement of God.

“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” John Adams

“Shall we live as if we and our country were self-dependant and had nothing to do with the Supreme Ruler of the universe? Can an army of saints or of heroes defend an obnoxious people, ripe for destruction, from the righteous judgement of God?” Samuel Davies

“God forbid that the day should ever arrive when there should be a separation of pure morality and deep religious conviction from our public places of education.” George Bancroft

The Founding Fathers understood that religion is a key ingredient in any society to maintain freedom and this has been clearly demonstrated by our progressive loss of freedoms since the Supreme Court unlawfully removed prayer from public schools in 1963. As government increasingly legislates in opposition to these principles and government officials, judges and various unelected officials in departments of government attack the Church and our responsibility to publicly acknowledge God, we see not only our freedoms being depleted, but confusion being added in society.

The US Taxpayers Party of Michigan calls on government to comply with the Constitution once again by acknowledging God in law and public policy by legislating in accordance with the laws of God’s nature and morality. This is a necessary function of civil government and crucial to, as our Constitution dictates, ensuring the blessings of freedom.

The World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers For Disease Control (CDC)—who together orchestrated the biggest global fraud in world history and who put the entire planet on military and police lockdown resulting in millions of lost jobs, millions of people thrust into poverty, millions of people becoming prisoners in nursing homes and even their own homes, untold broken families, ruined careers and suicides—recently published two reports that shatter the accepted corona narrative fostered by both organizations. Typically, almost no one in the mainstream media will cover these reports, so you probably have heard nothing about them.

First Report:

The World Health Organization has finally confirmed what we (and many experts and studies) have been saying for months – the coronavirus is no more deadly or dangerous than seasonal flu.

The WHO’s top brass made this announcement during a special session of the WHO’s 34-member executive board on Monday October 5th, it’s just nobody seemed to really understand it.

In fact, they didn’t seem to completely understand it themselves.

Honorable Legislators, (Rhetorical questions; do a news release and press briefing to answer the below questions)

Please update your constituents on the status of your grievance in the Michigan Supreme Court.

I can't seem to find it. Is it filed as the PEOPLE OF MICHIGAN versus GRETCHEN WHITMER? Perhaps you're just leaving it to Midwest Institute of Health, PLLC to carry you through the election? Perhaps the Courts have been bought-and-paid-for with taxpayers' money so they'd drag their feet until the GOP loses their majority.

There is no reason why this dictatorett is still on the loose in Michigan; you had grounds to impeach when she used a government organization (LARA) for unlawful purposes by revoking a license without due process. Thank God some Michigan citizens were motivated to do your job with a Recall Petition, but you all let it be contested, overruling the specific duties of the Michigan Board of Canvassers. Who's running the State; only those with a law degree?

May I ask why you all would approve a $62.8-billion appropriations when Whitmer has been flipping you off since March 10th? Am I off by $60-billion?

When did you all appropriate $1.1 million to build a fence at the Governor's Mansion? Think how many potholes that money could fill in Marquette County!!! Maybe the fence was funded with some loose-change COVID funds.

Why isn't the Secretary of State standing tall before you to explain why she used COVID funds for mail-in vote solicitations, which in itself is against the Michigan Constitution and an impeachable offense.

Who in Michigan was fired because they weren't even ready for a mild influenza outbreak like COVID-19?

May I suggest that we do what Obama-Biden did with H1N1; stop testing and stop counting after 12,000 die and 265,000 get hospitalized.

When did Whitmer actually treat the Upper Peninsula any different than she did Detroit?

Finally, perhaps you all may just want to go home and let Whitmer, Benson and Nessell run the State. Evidently few of you serve any real purpose.

The Spirit Of Fear Has Conquered Our Country

Let’s be honest enough to face it: America is no longer the “home of the brave,” and as a result, we will soon no longer be “the land of the free.” In many respects, that description of America is already passé.

Of course, America is still home to a few truly brave folks. But these people are more and more in a smaller and smaller minority. Nothing proves this reality like what we are witnessing in regard to the coronavirus.

Anthony Fauci’s and Bill Gates’ bought-and-paid-for medical establishment, along with the completely controlled mainstream media and their political lackeys in both parties at every level of government (local, county, State and federal) have successfully convinced the vast majority of the American people that they must FEAR the coronavirus. And it’s no use arguing the facts or science of the virus. Americans (and people around the world) have totally bought into the phony narrative that corona poses a serious life-threatening danger to everyone.

Never mind that fewer than 10,000 Americans have died exclusively from corona; never mind that 95% of those who have succumbed to the virus have been people (mostly elderly) who were already suffering from serious comorbidities; never mind that more than half of all corona IFRs are in nursing homes; never mind that the PCR test itself routinely registers false positives—by perhaps as much as 80%; never mind that over 80% of people who contracted the virus have very mild symptoms or even no symptoms at all; never mind that the coronavirus has a 99.74% survival rate.

POTUS and VP Candidates to Tour the UP

Constitution Party (US Taxpayers Party in Michigan) POTUS and VP candidates, Don Blankenship, from West Virginia and William Mohr, from Michigan will begin a four day tour through Michigan's upper peninsula beginning on the 4th of July.

Itinerary:

July 4 - There will be a Meet and Greet with speeches from the candidates from 9 AM to 11 AM at the City Pavilion, 320 Traders Point, Manistique, MI 49854.

July 4 - The candidates will be at 117 N. Lake in Manistique participating in the parade.

July 5 - There will be a Meet and Greet at the VFW hall at 344 Maple in Manistique from 9 AM to noon.

July 6 - The candidates will be in the Escanaba area interviewing with radio and TV stations.

July 7 - The tour will begin in the Iron Mountain area for radio and TV interviews.

July 7 - There will be a Meet and Greet with the candidates at the Franklin Township Offices, 49850 HWY US 41 in Hancock, MI starting at 6PM.

Blankenship and Mohr were nominated by the Constitution Party as their choice for POTUS and VP candidates on May 2nd at their convention, which was held virtually.

The candidates are expected to be nominated for the Michigan ballot by the US Taxpayers Party of Michigan (which is the Michigan affiliate of the national Constitution Party) at it's State Convention on July 25 in Carunna, MI..
